Employer FAQs

Once you have entered your job details, you will be asked to select a package, choosing from ‘Regular Job Post’ or ‘Featured Job Post’.

Tick ‘Featured Job Post’.

Then select ‘Yes’ on the drop-down menu for ‘Make this job featured’.

Click to login and select ‘Forgot password’.

Enter your email address. Wait a few minutes and check your inbox.

You will have received an email from Workoliday Australia.

Click the ‘reset link’ and enter your new password details.

Job Seeker FAQs

Check your inbox and phone messages for any contact received by the Employer, and contact them via methods provided.

If you cannot locate any communication from the Employer, you can click on the ‘Contact Employer’ button on the job listing page. A link to the job listing page was sent to you when you applied for the job.

Your application is submitted directly to the Employer who posted the job. They will process your application and contact you in due course.
