The head chef will be the creative force behind a menu that celebrates fresh local ingredients, succulent seafood whilst leading a small team of 3-4 kitchen staff.
Package:
- Full-time, permanent position
- $80,000 salary
- Free private accommodation (hotel room with ensuite, just upstairs!)
- All meals provided Your Responsibilities Include: โข Leading all kitchen operations with confidence and care โข Designing seasonal menus and daily specials โข Managing stock, costings, ordering, and kitchen budgets โข Rostering and hands-on staff training โข Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service โข Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards โข Enhancing the guest experience through quality food and service
