🌿Lodge Manager – Remote Northern Territory📍

An incredible opportunity to lead a remote wilderness lodge, delivering authentic Australian hospitality in one of the country’s most extraordinary natural settings.

This off-grid luxury lodge offers premium accommodation, immersive nature-based experiences, guided wilderness adventures, and exceptional dining showcasing local ingredients. The operation combines environmental sustainability with five-star guest service, creating a unique destination that celebrates connection to country, culture, and community.

We’re seeking an experienced Lodge Manager to oversee all aspects of daily operations, leading a team of approximately 20 staff. This is a highly hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong operational expertise, commercial acumen, and a genuine passion for remote hospitality.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring outstanding guest experiences while managing performance, logistics, safety, and sustainability outcomes across all departments.

💰 Package & Benefits:

  • $100,000 – $120,000 Neg. Salary + Super

💼 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across accommodation, guest services, dining, and maintenance
  • Lead, train, and support a close-knit onsite team to deliver exceptional service standards
  • Maintain effective financial control, budgeting, and cost management
  • Collaborate with culinary and activities teams to deliver authentic guest experiences
  • Uphold compliance in safety, environmental practices, and staff wellbeing
  • Act as the key on-site host and brand ambassador for the property

  • Proven experience in remote or high-end hospitality management
  • Hands-on operator with strong leadership and communication skills
  • Commercially focused, with strong attention to detail and guest satisfaction
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable living in a remote environment
  • Committed to sustainability, culture, and community engagement

✅ Requirements for the Role:

  • First Aid & CPR (HLTAID011 & HLTAID009)
  • RSA Certificate • MR Driver’s Licence & NT Driver Accreditation
  • National Police Clearance
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience, in a Senior Management (GM) role and/or previous experience managing a remote or luxury property
