Maintenance Supervisor – Remote Kimberley Region, Western AustraliaImmediate Start Available Are you a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who thrives in a remote environment and enjoys warm weather? We are seeking a physically fit, motivated professional to lead the maintenance operations at a well-established resort in the stunning Kimberley region of WA. What’s on Offer: 💰 $70,000 annual salary 🏠 Discounted accommodation and meals 🛏️ Private room with own bathroom 🏊 Access to resort facilities, including swimming pool 📶 Full Telstra internet & mobile coverage 🚌 Sealed road access or Greyhound bus from Broome or Darwin 👥 Live and work onsite with a friendly team of 30–52 staff The Role: As Maintenance Supervisor, you will demonstrate strong leadership and business awareness, ensuring operational objectives are met while supervising and coordinating a team of approximately 10 staff. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, presentation, and functionality across the property. Key Responsibilities: 🔧 Plan and manage the resort’s maintenance program 🛠️ Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules 🏡 Carry out general maintenance and repairs (motel rooms, caravan park, common areas) 🪚 General carpentry and basic plumbing tasks 🚗 Vehicle servicing and upkeep 📦 Porterage duties and unloading stock 📋 Staff supervision, training, and rostering 🤝 Work closely with management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations 💪 Heavy lifting and manual handling ➕ Other duties as required About You: ✔️ Previous maintenance experience in a similar role ✔️ Strong leadership and team coordination skills ✔️ Hands-on and proactive approach ✔️ Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting ✔️ Able to work long days with early starts ✔️ Comfortable working in hot, remote conditions ☀️ If you’re ready for a rewarding role in one of Australia’s most unique and beautiful regions, we’d love to hear from you!
