Job Description
Multi Site Maintenance Person
A great opportunity exists for an experienced maintenance professional looking for a change of pace and lifestyle in regional Australia. This position offers excellent variety and the chance to travel to multiple locations within the company’s portfolio.
Working across several sites, you will undertake a range of general motel and facilities maintenance tasks, refurbishment projects, and planned upgrade works. The role will initially focus on sites within the Northern Territory, before moving into additional locations across South Australia and Queensland.
To be considered, applicants must have their own reliable vehicle and be prepared to travel between properties as required.
Commence: Mid-Late January 2026 (Earlier by negotiation) Long Term Commitment Package:
- $45 per hour-Flat Loaded Rate
- FREE Accommodation & Meals
Duties:
- Undertake all aspects of motel room upgrades including floors and bathrooms
- General carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling and basic plumbing duties
- Order of equipment / supplies
- Transit between sites when required (Mileage, Fuel & accommodation provided)
- Other duties as required
Candidate Requirements:
- Enjoy living and working in a remote destinations
- Previous maintenance experience with carpentry, painting, tiling and basic plumbing
- Be a team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to travel between sites
Additional Information:
- Candidates need to be able to handle living and working in in a remote location.
- Telstra 3G / 4G coverage available on site only
