This iconic regional hotel is searching for a passionate and experienced Operations Manager to join the hands-on leadership team in one of Western Australia’s most picturesque coastal towns. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of a busy, beloved pub/tavern
  • Opening and closing the venue and ensuring smooth service every day
  • Mentoring, training, and inspiring front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding hospitality
  • Providing an exceptional experience for both locals and visitors
  • Managing stock, orders, and rostering
  • Supporting the kitchen team to maintain seamless service
  • Driving promotions, events, and creative initiatives to boost patronage and revenue

About You:

  • 5+ years’ hospitality management experience (pub/tavern background essential)
  • Hands-on, proactive, and confident in leading a team
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a regional community (regional experience advantageous)
  • Holds or is willing to obtain a current WA Approved Manager’s Certificate
  • Able to provide a recent National Police Clearance
