What You’ll Be Doing:

Overseeing the daily operations of a busy, beloved pub/tavern
Opening and closing the venue and ensuring smooth service every day
Mentoring, training, and inspiring front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding hospitality
Providing an exceptional experience for both locals and visitors
Managing stock, orders, and rostering
Supporting the kitchen team to maintain seamless service
Driving promotions, events, and creative initiatives to boost patronage and revenue

About You:

5+ years’ hospitality management experience (pub/tavern background essential)
Hands-on, proactive, and confident in leading a team
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a regional community (regional experience advantageous)
Holds or is willing to obtain a current WA Approved Manager’s Certificate
Able to provide a recent National Police Clearance
